Offering everything a fan could want from books to t-shirts to filk to toys and much more, the FenCon Dealer's Room is full of fannish goodness!
This is a spacious Dealer's Room with plenty of tables and wide aisles.

FenCon Dealer's Room Setup:
- Thursday: now available for Setup from 2 pm to 10 pm!
- Friday: Dealer Setup from 10 am to 2 pm
Dealers will be able to use the exterior double-doors opening directly into the Dealer's Room for setup. These doors will be for EXIT ONLY during regular hours. Come directly to the Dealer's Room to check in, get badges, and set up your table space.
FenCon Dealer's Room Hours:
- Friday: opens at 2 pm, closes at 6:45 pm
- Saturday: opens at 10 am, closes at 6 pm
- Sunday: opens at 10 am, closes at 4 pm
Dealer tables are eight feet long and $125 each, with 2 badges.
Reminder: All vendors are responsible for collecting their own sales tax.
FenCon's very own FenConvenience Store will be at Tables near the main doors selling FenCon t-shirts, tote bags, and other swag, as well as our limited-edition signed and numbered art prints by our past and present artist guests of honor! 100% of the price of these prints goes to benefit the designated charity.
A limited number of Author/Fan Tables are available as well. Fan Tables are six feet long and $30 each; badges must be purchased separately. Located in the gallery/atrium area; unsecured merchandise should not be left in this area.
Author “Rent-a-Table” spaces will be available if you just want to promote your book, product, or project for a couple of hours. Please email Dealers@FenCon.org for pricing & availability. These tables can be inquired at the FenCon Store if there is any availability. Space is not guaranteed!
