How to assess a costume you saw in a movie, an anime, or on the cover of a book to determine if 1) it can be built, 2) what the layers are and how to tell, and 3) what materials will replicate the 'feel' of the outfit. Or...that's COMPLETELY impossible, and don't make the mistake of trying!
